Assessments are fully customized. The co-worker (or the manager) evaluates himself, then is evaluated by his next level manager, and then evaluated by our systems. The prevention of PsychoSocial Risks (PSR) in real time is an application that we have implemented in many companies since 2011. The system is based on the implementation of a button "Stress" or "SOS Stress" on the company's Intranet page. By clicking on this button the person reaches on our secure servers (https) and it is followed by our services. The HR manager can access a general secure dashboard information. Individuals informations are strictly confidential and can not be accessed by anyone.
We have developed two algorithms. The first concerns the optimization of trading conditions and the optimization of commercial resources. The second is an algorithm for calculating sales prices, applying to all sectors of activity, allowing to be competitive while protecting the margins of the company. This second algorithm is the foundation of the new e-commerce concept: "The best price at the best time".
